upgrade!
made significant repairs to the espresso machine today as it was in great need of new gaskets. Having had to chisel one out of the 3rd grouphead I replaced it with a gasket that was too small, but did do the trick until we get our ordered gaskets in. The espresso was amazing – what a difference!
And, in turning down the temperature control a half turn, the espresso is at a much cooler temperature and its smelling/tasting less burnt. Awesome.
Next update will be to review our new convex tamper.
